Exploiting sour gas reservoir, it often comes up against some hot potatoes, such as shrewd toxicity of sulfured hydrogen, causticity and sulfur deposition. And that sulfur deposition in reservoir is one of key problems that reservoir engineers must deal with. Once sulfur deposition happed, it would bring great impairment to layer and well product. Study, therefore, on the sulfur-deposition in reservoir is meaningful to exploit those gas fields. In this thesis, the mechanism of sulfur-deposition and plugging in layer was discussed based on the experiment of sulfur solubility in nature gas, and set up a model to predict sulfur-deposition and plugging. And it got a satisfied result in application. The major work in this thesis include:(1) measure sulfur solubility in nature gas by experiment, analyze factors that effect it and set up an corresponded theory model ;(2) discuss the mechanism of sulfur deposition and plugging;(3) model well performance base on non-equilibrium deposition and material balance;(4) set up percolation differential equation of sulfur-deposition layer and discuss solution. It gets these results:(l) advanced and developed understanding of factors which effect sulfur solubility in nature gas;(2) brought forward the standpoint that the ways of sulfur dissolved in nature gas include chemic and physical solution;(3)sedimentation, size capture and hydrodynamic bridging are the mechanisms of sulfur plugging;(4)an mathematical model for describe sulfur-deposition and deposited quantity was set up;(5) set up percolation differential equation of sulfur-deposition layer and discuss solution; (6) understand the harm that sulfur deposition lead to layer and well product.
