When wave is spreading on seabed, It effects with seabed each other: first seabed absorb energy of wave, on the other side wave will come into with wave stress and shearing stress to seabed and bring affect to the stability of seabed. Because of space-time variability of wave strength, it can bring seepage of seabed and arouse change of pore pressure and efficient stress in the seabed, resulting in un-stability of seabed and building wreck on the seabed. So the research of seabed responding to wave is an important problem in coast engineering construct. In order to study seabed dynamic responding to wave deeply and develop local test, We manufacture a suit of ocean detect apparatus for seabed and matching datum collecting system and carried out local test successfully. Moreover combining local data of wave and tide and experiment, analyze the seabed dynamic responding to wave deeply by different space-time scale and give the reason in mechanism of phenomena. The paper put forward a mathematics model: it based on Biot two-dimension concretion theory and elastic model, considering seabed pore pressure twinkle and cumulating effect separately, analyze the seabed dynamic responding to wave deeply by different space-time scale and give the reason in mechanism of phenomena. The paper also put forward a suit of appraising model of seabed stability, the model can show seabed stress^ displacementN pore pressure under wave effecting by visual format. It also gives the analysis of pile foundation and pipe route stability under seabed effect. This system can bring good to the safety of coast engineering construct and ocean oil flat roof.
