We can get many important physical parameters of the objects by CCD photometry, such as the visual magnitude, the color index, the curve of variability, the timescale of variability, the distribution of spectrum power of faint objects and so on. We can study the physical property, the physical model, the dynamical property and the evolution process of the objects deeply by analyzing these CCD photometry results. So CCD photometry plays an important role in the development of Astrophysics. I summarize the structure, working principle and physical property of the CCD applied in Astronomy and many main CCD photometry systems. Theoretic principles and mensuration process of the necessary atmospheric extinction correction, photometry system standard transformation and interstellar extinction correction are expatiated in this paper. I conclude the imaging methods of four indispensable observational images in the process of photometry and the detailed steps and methods of image reduction and magnitude correction on the basis of my abundant experience of observation and data reduction. I explore the CCD photometry with I RAF at the same time.Blazars are very active as a class of Active Galactic Nuclei. Their variability is large and vary rapid. Variability study of Blazars not only is an effective way for exploring the central physical structure and radiation mechanism of Active Galactic Nuclei, but also presents lots of important information for establishing and exploring physical model of Active Galactic Nuclei. So variability study of Blazars plays an important role in the study of Active Galactic Nuclei. This paper summarizes three types of timescale variability of Blazars and studys the variability of Blazars.
