The debris flow is a very serious geologic hazards which explodes suddenly. It is induced not only by natural facts but also by mans acitivity, recently,the occurrence of debris flow is closely interrelated to mans activity,especially when people exploit the natural resources of mountainous area. In the progress of developing the Western of China, the debris flow is a serious problem of geologic environment which is worth of concerning. Based on the reason above, the author give a pathbreaking study of the mine debris flow in Qinling mountainous area.Mine debris flow clough is a nonequilibrium opening system which is influnced by various factors.Just as the natural debris flow, its information must possess the three essential conditions: geologic factor, topographical factor and hydrometorological factor. However mans activity gives prominence action to the formation of mine debris flow. In other words, mans activity gives the leading effects during the debris flow formation,and so, a route is to analyse the action of human factors for the formation of the mine debris flow in the paper.The subject investigated in the paper is the mine debris flow of Qiandongshan orefield in Qinling mountainous area. At first, vourious factors which effects the formation of debris flow is dissertated,then the machnism of debris flow formation is deeply studied. At last ,the activation machnism of mine refuse of mine debris flow is analysed and the discriminat is presented. According to the process of ming, appropriately consider the action of the mine earthquake for the debris flow formation. At the same, this paper analyses the role the geologic hazards induced by mining in the formation of mine debris flow. Based on the analysis,it can be concluded that the mine debris clough is distant nonequilibrium opening sytem, its evolution is the evolution of itsentropy: as/dt= des/dt+dis/dt The pridiction of mine debris flow is based on thetheory and established pridiction model associated with the rainfallcondition. The harnessing of the debris flow is studied and the control measuers is presented in the final of the paper. On the delecting theobstruct projec, we designed a comparably new permeable grille-dam,which contribute to selecting ostruct structures for debris flow.
