Based on studies about current development of culturing deep-sea microbes , a high-temperature and high-pressure simulate platform including reactor and circular flow apparatus is designed , which was close-loop controlled by computer . it can simulate and control the microbes amibents ,and used to develop and study for biogenetic engineering . According to the characters of deep-sea microbes, such as withstanding hot, pressure and poison, the method of concept design, hydraulic control system design, electronic controller design, control strategy and control algorithm research is introduced. Experiments and digital simulation proved that simulate platform was successful and had reached the requirements. The simulate platform is one of the most advanced systems in the area of culturing microbes in the country and abroad.The thesis includes seven chapters.Chapter 1 is a survey. The current developments in the field of culturing microbes from country to aboard. Several deep-sea microbes culturing equipments are analysed, Some basic theories and studies of high-temperature and high-pressure simulate platform is introduced and temperature control technology is introduced specially.In chapter 2, the design method of simulate platform is introduced. The merits and demerits of the platform comparing with other like system are discussed. At the same time, the design of series-parallel multi-stage reactors and the hardware design of observation system are introduced.In chapter 3, 4 and 5, the temperature control system of reactor in simulate platform is carefully studied, and its methematic analysis is analysed, a PID based controller is designed based on the methematic model, the double Smith predicter is designed against the shortage of traditional PIDcontroller. Experiments and digital simulation show that the double Smith predicter has greatly improved the frequent response and control precission.In chapter 6, an OOP method of the real time control software design di introduce.In chapter 7, the research work and main contribution are summarized, and a prospect about further studies is given.
