In this paper ,based on d-p model, the relaxation properties of quasi-electrons of cuprates which have Cu-O plane structure are investigated by using Green's function method. The results show that cuprate superconductor systems have the energy gap in the normal state, and the gap is anisotropic. The energy-band is broken up by the correlation between the electrons no matter how it is strong or weak. Then we studied the local density of state, our conclusion is the center of the splitted energy-band can be removed greatly by interband electron-electron Coulomb interaction. We also studied the properties of quasi-electrons.Futher more,we find the interband Coulomb interaction tends to increase the relaxation time, but the exchange interaction can reduce the relaxation time. So by a series of analysis we can get to a point that the interband Coulomb interaction is benefit for superconductivity,on the contrary, the strong exchange interaction can restrain superconductivity.
