Gis Applied Research In The Benchmark Premium Assessment

This paper , which consists of six chapters, mainly studies the application of GIS in the appraisal of standard land price and the application of Maplnfo in the result map and result table of appraisal of standard land price. Based on drawing the result map and result table of standard land price by AutoCAD and Excel, it presents a usable way to make the management of standardization and informatization of the result of standard land price.This paper simply introduces the basic concept, basic function, study contents, main use and development trends of GIS, puts forward the necessity and possibility of applying GIS to appraisal of standard land price. Based on the basic method, technique route and technique method of appraisal of standard land price, it emphasizes the concrete job steps and methods of appraisal practice on standard land price. Focused on concept demand on drawing the map and table of appraisal of standard land price, combined with the appraisal practice of standard land price in Cili county, it researches the concept methods on drawing the map of appraisal of standard land price by GIS and making the table of appraisal of standard land price. It puts the stress on making the data table and thematic map by Maplnfo and managing the result map and result table of appraisal of standard land price.
