The laser far-field diagnose system in ShenGuang III is designed, and the evaluation for each module of the system and the optical aberration of each element is presented. A big calibers mirror with the elliptical sphere surface is designed, theoretically realized to sample with the focus spot have no aberration, and the processing possibility report of the design is also presented.In allusion to the light source used in the wavefront distortion detection system of the ShenGuang III, the pulses Xe-light pumped YAG solid laser system with the electrical optical Q-switch is designed. The composing principle of the laser system and the function of each part are expounded, as well as the realized way. The designed thought is expatiated, while the assemble and adjust of the laser system is described. With such setup, the laser output with 10ns pulse width, IHz frequency and 200mJ output energy is obtained.Utilizing the Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS) phenomenon in especial liquid to improve the beam quantity of the solid-state laser is validated in the theory and the experiment. In allusion to "spark-over phenomenon" in the liquid SBS process, the circulated filter system for SBS liquid cell is designed, so the impurity inside the liquid can be percolated automatically and circulating. Apply this system in the MOPA system of LD pumped the laser, the experimental results for applied the liquid's cell system are presented.The last part of the thesis is the theoretical analysis and the experimental research on LD pumped microchip laser, including two parts:The LD pumped Cr4+:Nd:YAG passive Q-switched microchip lasers, with pulse width of 6 ns,10 KHz frequency, passive Q-switched pulse laser output is obtained.The LD pumped Nd3+: YVO4 gain-switched lasers, with pulse width 80-16ns, 10 KHz frequency, gain-switched short pulses lasers output is obtained.
