To prepare for advanceing cyclotron control technology, internet based auto-measurement and control technique which is advanced has been extensively studied in this dissertation. The Author analyzes common methods used to build such control software, then two new software models were given to build internet based control software, each for different application case. Both models have none relationship with hardware, and can be used on different measurement and control platforms.Model Ⅰ focus on distribute measurement and control. Measurement and control server provides measurement data on LAN. Also, hardware control functions were provided by this server. Beyond these, all functions and data can be accessed by web pages. Model II base on model I, reduce its complexity, connect internet with control net.Deeply investigation was made on the key technology "connecting internet with control net", and new methods were put forward. In practice, its stability and speed is better than other method. Based on COM technology, this method can be used in many language developed control software, can be used to upgrade exist control software.Model Ⅰ was implemented under direction of the other key technology "distribute measurement and control based on DCOM". Practice shows that model I fits for building distribute control software and have low bandwidth cost in dial-up examination.Model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ each has its implementations on various measurement and control platforms, such as PLC with profibus, ADAM with RS-485 or PCI data acquisition card. Both models were recommended to build internet based auto-measurement and control software.
