In this paper, the synthesis of a variety of Eurasian snow cover datasets in winter is analyzed, through which the preponderant years are confirmed. It is found that the impress of first eigenvector of departure field EOF analysis: winter snow in mid-high latitude submits east-west phase, and 3-4a period is large element in time variation of Eurasia snow.In heavy snow years, there are marked anomaly of atmospheric circulation: on 500 height field trough of East Asia is heavier, north-west flow after height trough is striver, so that cold air of eastern region is stronger following 'cold winter'.Spring rain answering to Eurasia winter snow anomaly is notable, in heavy snow years, Yangtse-River has negative rain anomaly.Study the impossible relation between ENSO event and Eurasia snow anomaly. There is marked correlation between snow anomaly and east Pacific sea temperature, after heavy(light) snow years in Eurasia, sea temperature increase(chill) gradually, we can find there is contact between Eurasian snow cover and El Nifio(La Nina) event to a certainty.
