Supramolecular is a rapidly developed area in chemistry recent years. Under the inspiration of self assembly in biology , chemists are now making use of weak interaction between different moleculars to get well arrayed supramolecular to construct nano-structure. By using self-assembly of beforehand synthesised host such as cyclodextrin , crownether , cylcophane to construct monolayer LB-film ,rotaxane ,and tube scientists have report a lot of comprehesive nano-self-assembled supramoleculars of well defined structure and special function .Calix arene is the third host after cylcodextrin and crownether which can complex with both cation ion and small molecular. It has draw more and more attention of scientists with the prospection use in matieral chemistry, coordination chemistry and biochemistry.By using resorcinarene as framework of supramolecular construction, we studied the single crystal structure by evaporation of acetone with the exist of a little water molecular and found that under several weak interactions, a novel nano-one-dimention supramolecular tube was abtained. In the crystal resorcinarene possessed the cone conformation, in array of head-tail columniation tube.Actone molecular sited in the tube between two resorcinarenes. For the first time the one dimention nano-supramolecular-tube with association of neutral moleculer but not metal ion is reported.By evaperation of methol with a little pyridine existing ,we abtained the supramolecular structure of resorcinarene binding molecular of water by hydrogen bond .This is a clathrate complexation which possessed a novel three dimention supramolecular structure. Featuring with binding of a pyridine molecular above its void cavity. There exist diffrenent weak interactions in the clathrate complexation.
