In this paper, considering the fact that immiration may influence the process of population development we discuss partial differential equations On the basis of Verhulst's partial differential equation on the human population mathematical model. The formulas of iterative solutions for this equation are obtained by using the successive approximations method. The theorem on the existence and uniqueness of the global solution for this problem are also theoretically proved.
