With the swift and violent development of the Spaceflight Remote Sensing technologymulti-resource RS image data has become an important information assure of appreciableability fOr battlefield state. Different source of RS image has its special application objectsand its own characteristic. It also has its own limitation. Aimed at the need of our unit inMartial Objects works, the paper process a method of taking multi-source RS image into themaking of martial objects electronic atlas. In this way aIl the advantages of the RS images,such as high accuracy, actual and living image and so on, can be tlil1y utilized. Moreover. thereal applicability of current satellite RS resources can be increased by several technologymethods. The paper is mainly focused on the foIlow in three areas;l. Removing cIouds covering effect on Satellite Images ----Aimed at soIving theprobIem of clouds covering on multi-resource RS images, the paper has reaIized 1ocalimages substitute among different resource RS images, using polynomial transform,rational function mode1 and other methods, to remove cloud covering effect on objectimage. Some good experimental results have been gained.2. Multi-resource RS image fusion ----Using the practical arithmetic methods ofmulti-resource data fusion, a st'Udy of tlision experiments have been done amongmulti-source sateIlite images.3. The dynamic 3D vision of terrains sateIlite images----Based on former researchachievements, living 3D image map of object area can be produced by the system anddynamic 3D terrain model can be shown.Combine some science items, the author has made a practical software system of"Multi-resource RS images using in the Martial Objects Electronic Atlas Making System",and a seria1 of good experimental results have been attained.
