With the development of BR photocycle research, the method to describe the complex photocycle process by using the intermediate can抰 adapt to the current research. An analysis about events during the bio-photochrome photocycle and the relations between them is made. Then upon the concept of the event, a preliminary mathematical theory to describe these photocycles is proposed .It includes the definitions, law and qualities which can describe the events occurring during the photocycle and their transfer. An event relation model and an event density kinetic model are build. Then a three-event model of the BR photocycle is controlled by the PH is designed. How the BR event density kinetic model responses to three illumination -ideal pulse, continue illumination and pulses with different width is researched .At last, a analyses of the time width FFT for BR photocycle is made.
