The property of the diamond tools carcass is the key factor that influences the cutting nature of diamond. Therefore, the proper technique or the body material adjustment exerts a special impact on the stability and improvement of the diamond quality. Thus, based on the in-depth analysis of the diamond saw blade agglutination craft, this presented thesis is inclined to investigate the influence of the boron carbide on the mechanical capacity of diamond saw and the organization morphology of the tire.In this thesis, the boron carbide density, molding pressure and agglutination temperatures are chosen as the technological parameters that influence the diamond saw blade mechanical property; meanwhile, the cutting speed and saw blade life are taken as the examination target as well as the experimental plan is devised, all of which provide the data support for the sintering process parameters. To conclude, the experimental research is fully analyzed and the result can be given as follows:(1) As more heat-resisting and more wear resistant, the boron carbide played the skeleton element role in the carcass of tire, which further strengthen the property of the tire resistance.(2) Through the direct or indirect action, boron carbide and its free state simple substance can improve the tire agglutination performance and stimulate the interface reaction between the metal tire and diamond, which can further improve the binding ability between the surface of them on one hand; on the other hand, these materials can even and refine the tire alloy, which is useful for consolidating the adhesion of tire alloy and diamond.(3) The holding force of diamond is strengthened by the adding boron carbide diamond saw blade tire body of diamond, and the force increases correspondingly with the growth of the carbonization boron density(4) Under the same condition of cutting, the cutting speed of the mixed carbonization boron saw blade is faster than that of un-mixed, and the speed will be quicker correspondingly with the increasing of the carbonization boron density.(5) After cutting the same length, the abrasion of the mixed boron carbide diamond is relatively small and the life span is extended correspondingly with the increasing of the carbonization boron density.
