In recent decades, the quantum information, as a new interdisciplinary, has been gotten rapidly development. It also has aroused wide concern of scholars. Particularly, the study of quantum cryptography and quantum communication network is very outstanding, which has made extensive research records both in theoretical and experimental investigation. Along with the quick development in these two fields, both of them have begun to gradually realize the transition from fundamental research to practical application. Therefore, the research of quantum cryptography and quantum communication network has becomes one of key points to make a breakthrough of existing classic information science.The contributions of this dissertation are mainly on the protocol design about quantum secret sharing and quantum network coding. In the first side, the most representative protocols of classic secret sharing and quantum secret sharing are deeply analyzed and compared. Subsequently, this paper has a summary of the merits and demerits about these schemes. Based on these conclusions, a novel quantum secret sharing scheme is proposed. It combines the advantages of classic and quantum secret sharing schemes. This scheme includes two steps, splitting secret and re-organizing secret. And in security analysis, it's proved to be safe in normal attack strategies and the attack of dishonest participant. In other side, quantum network communication becomes realized, people begin to pay attention to the efficient use of quantum network, especially about the lower utilized rate of channel and the transmission rate relatively small for the size of its communication resource. The inspiration is from the classic network system which solves these problems by network coding. Based on the typical example of butterfly network, we promote a scheme that could achieve the maximizing information transmission in quantum network. Remarkably, here it does not require classic channel, only have quantum channel. We make use of qubit as "register" to transmit classical information. No matter what send is unknown qubit or classical bit, both can be encoded with register and decoded without classical assistant information. It's effective to improve security of this scheme.
