Plastic surgery flap has been widely applied in the skin wound repair, based on the trend of personalized and pluralistic, It's difficult to satisfy the patients because the surgery lack of accuracy and preciseness which depends on the doctors experience. Plastic surgeon look forward to having a computer measure to simulate the clinical flap operation. This article combined FEA software and clinical flap operation, studied soft tissue biomechanical, explore to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of human skin flap, through quantitative analysis of flap transformation, we could provide thoery guide to clinical flap operation, reduce medical tangle, laid a foudation for building three-dimensional digital simulation system.We studied the main biomechanics parameters that affect clinical surgery such as large deformation of stress-strain characteristics, creep, relaxation, considered lack of skin material characteristic in former research, we conduct a uniaxial tensile test on stripped skin, acquired the stress strain curve of skin's large deformation, provide reliable material parameters for building flaps FEA model.Conduct simplify modeling for Z-shape flap, rotary flap, limberg flap and propulsive flap, we've gained key method for simulating deformation of flap, suture of flap and skin, stress release during flaps modeling,this method reflect in the procedure of geometry modeling,geometry and material definition, contact definition and loadcase upload. Then we analyzed result of the four type flaps, obtained nephogram of flaps stress and notch tensile force.We get image of human arm from 3D scanner, optimize it by Geomagic, made a support basement for the simulation of Human subcutaneous tissue, then import the file into FEA software, remeshing the model, turn the triangular grid to tetrahedron grid, Flexible using simplified flap modeling method to modeling and simulate real limberg flap, briefly analyze the result of simulation, compared with the picture of clinical operation and find the area where the risk could appear, provide thoery guide for doctors, testify the feasibility of combination of FEA software and clinical surgery.This article has build the FEA model for clinical flaps surgery, obtained the method of building arbitrarily flaps model,provided reliable basis for further research and have important significant to develop a useful 3-D digital simulationg system.
