This article used the theory of operator and compression mapping principle study the existence and do not existence and the uniqueness of solutions of semi-linear singular reaction diffusion system, just as: Where p>0, q>0, f1(x) and f2(x)are nonnegative continuous and bounded functions.In chapter 1,we summarize the selection background and prepare knowledge and now available fruit of semi-linear singular reaction diffusion system.In chapter 2, we summarize the functional analysis theory and the inequality theory which needed to this article research institute.Chapter 3 is composed of two sections. In section one we study the existence of the semi-linear singular reaction diffusion system. In section two, we study the do not existence of the semi-linear singular reaction diffusion system.In chapter 4, we discuss the uniqueness of solutions semi-linear singular reaction diffusion system as where.
