The development of communication technology,the improvement of GPS receiver production process and the reduction of cost,mathematical mode which has impact on GPS survey accuracy becomes more accurate.RTK survey has been improved at the accuracy and distance in the influence of these factors.Even if Continuously Operating Reference System is the focus of current research and application ,high funding for establishment and maintenance,long period to set up,not excellent error model and others drawbacks make it not fit for the need of small and medium-sized cities information technology.Then,Continuously Operating Reference Station which nominal positioning accuracy has achieved centimeter degree in fifty kilometers distance on the condition of RTK method is more fit for the development of small and medium-sized cities ,and it has been concerned and applied widely.Article's research bases on influence factors of GPS positioning accuracy ,and conclusions of process methods for error have been drawn in article.Not only has been coordinate transformation model which is proper for transformation of GPS's geocentric coordinate to our nation's reference-ellipsoid-centric coordinate discussed on the basis of survey data ,but influence factors of number and position of known data have what influences on calculation model's parameters have been analyzed on the standard of repeatability and external reliability. At last,process survey data of Continuously Operating Reference Station which is on the condition of RTK method has been discussed,and puts forward advice that process data with the method of maximum a posteriori filtering ,achieves this mathematical method through computer program.
