Since the last century when the standard model had established,particle physics has been developed tremendously. Because of that the B meson decay is an im-portant venue to test standard model and explore new physics,in recent years, many scientists and researchers have payed attention to it.Experimentally,SLAC-BaBar and KEK-Belle have got a lot of data,and collected 1000 million examples of the B meson pairs's production and decay.In theory,it has been developed based on the simple factorization and promoted factorization, people have put forward the QCD fac-torization,PQCD factorization, SCET factorization.As the branching ratio is fairly small,Decay channel-Bâ†'φπ, has caused the interests of the physicists.Because it is generally considered to be an ideal place for looking for the contributions of the new physics,We need to give the accurate predictions as more as possible in the standard model. In the framework of the standard model, perturbation QCD (PQCD) that is based on kTfactorization is used to calculate the decay channelBâ†'φπin this pa-per.perturbation QCD method eliminates the divergence of the endpoint by retaining transverse momentum;the Sudakov factor by Re-summation ensures the reliability of the theoretical calculation.The branching ratio that we predict is: This result is far less than upper limit in the current experiment.The order of magnitude can not be seen in the B factory.If the decay can be mea-sured in the current B factories, We can conclude the existence of the new physics.In addition, only the contribution of the Penguin diagram exists in the decay,so there is no direct CP violation in the standard model. LHC-b will be started,this experi-ment channel can be examined exactly on it in order to test the standard model and quantum chromodynamics furtherly.Then it is possible to find out the traces of the new physics.Large hadron collider located in Western Europe is about to run,how to use these data to test the standard model and search for the new physics has attracted the sight of most particle physicists.The experimental results at hand must give more challenges to theoretical workers. In a word,particle physics and flavor physics will soon usher in a new revolution following the running of the new experiment.
