This article is based on the Project of Superseding Resources Exploration for the State Crisis Mine—"Superseding Resources Exploration to the Haojiahe Copper Deposit, Mouding, Yunnan Province" (Item number:200653098), " Superseding Resourse Exploration to the Xiaohe-Shimenkan Ore-body in Liuju Copper Deposit, Dayao Yunnan Province "(Item number:200453001), and" Metallogenic Regularitys Research on tratabound polymetallic deposit in Southwest of China "(Item number:20089943).Take the Haojiahe and Liuju copper deposits as study objects, analysis the consistency and diversity in the mining stratum, the ore formation, the lithology of the rock, the rock fabric, the mineral and the mineral composition, elements and element zoning and so on. What's more, comparing the geochemical characteristics and the genesis with the typical continental sandstone coppers from home and abroad, to provide a scientific basis for finding the similar sandstone-type ore formation.(1) Haojiahe, Liuju copper deposits have the consistency in the formation, lithology, ore type, ore minerals, metallic minerals sub-belt and so on.(2) Haojiahe deposits affected by the structural transformation is more serious, shown in Haojiahe deposits more complex than Liuju in the ore body size, shape, occurrence and structure.(3) Haojiahe and Liuju copper deposits rock almost have the same features in the major elements, rare earth elements, the characteristics of trace elements are different, lead to the banding is also different.(4) Through researching the major elements,trace elements and REE geochemistry of the Matoushan formation rocks from Haojiahe, Liuju copper deposit, combined with the tectonic discrimination diagrams, refer that the provenance of Matoushan formation belongs to passive continental margin and active continental margin tectonic setting. The primary materials of sedimentary rocks should come from the upper continental crust, and are mainly composed by felsic rocks. Combined with the data of sedimentary facies and palaeogeography, we know that the principal source rock area of Matoushan formation are Kangdian ancient land and Ailaoshan orogenic belt.(5) Compared with the typical continental sandstone copper deposits abroad, Show that there are some obvious similarities in the regional tectonic setting, seam lithology, geological characteristics, ore characteristics, Genesis and so on.
