As a new method, High-frequency magnetotelluric sounding (EH4) is introduced into China in recent years, with detecting depth the application of which is good in mineral exploration, and engineering prospecting etc. But the data processing of EH4 exists some problems that the result often cannot satisfy the requirement of interpretation. So, this article discusses EH4 data processing.The principle of EH4 system had been summarized, and data file formats and data processing had been systematically studied in this article; for analysis and processing, the format of sequence file of special storaged had been converted; for management of the scattered data, the information of EH4 points had been managed by database; to solve the repeat observations which are maded by different directions of acquisition work, the refactor of EH4 profiles had been realized; the noise of wind and high valtage wire had been analyzed, and denoising of high-valtage wires had been realized by FFT method in LuoPing, Yunnan; to improve working efficiency, rapid processing had been realized by Excel VBA and Surfer Automation; the results of data processing had been analyzed and studied, including the 1d TM, TEmode inversion,2d RRI,3d visualization mapping. Through the application with above researches, the effect was good.
