Abstract/Summary:
It is known that the operators who work in the vibrating stations and uses vibrating for a long period would get a complex of the neurological disorder and disturbances. The disturbances would also cause the diseases of arm and muscle, is called hand-arm vibration disease or segmental vibration disease is occupational disease in our country. The vibration is so terrible to the operators, so it is necessary to know the way vibration influent the body.In this paper, I regarded the hand-arm as a system from a mechanical point of view, which consist of masses, springs and viscous dampers. Together they constitute a mass-spring-damp system. In the article, we considered the factors of the vibration, frequency, amplitude and the force to the handle, for example. Planned three forces, three postures, in the range of 20Hz-1000Hz, then calculate the mechanical impedance. Then the relationship between the factors and the mechanical impedance would uncover. How does the vibration influence the body, we can analyze and research by the experiments.We can know by the experiment that, when the operator handing a round in shape handle which made of A3 steel, the frequency is higher than 300Hz, the mechanical impedance will increase more. At the same time, the influence by the force is obvious. In the article, I made the conclusion of the limitation of the time and the manners guard against to hand-arm vibration disease, it's essential for the operators work in the vibration station.
