The Study On Comprehensive Competitiveness Of Inner Mongolia In Western China Region

As we are in the era of global economic integration with competition, regional competitiveness is incresingly becoming a regional access to domestic and international competitive advantage of the decisive factors in national and global economic development. In response to globalization and new economic opportunities and challenges, regional competitiveness is becoming thel focus of attention in various aspects, to enhance regional competitiveness in regional development must be a major topic.Different levels of regional competitiveness of the restricted factors or development conditions will exist some differences, the western development strategy and implementation of the proposal to develop the western region has brought opportunities to promote the western provinces of competition and cooperation between jurisdictions. If the western provinces and autonomous domain do not understand their own position and the situation in the competition, there will be disorder and blind competition, resulting in a huge waste of resources for social development, Subjective or arbitrary decision-making would be seriously affected areas of healthy and rapid development, resulting in the loss of good opportunities on social development. Therefore, this article will be within the scope of Inner Mongolia on the west, and compare with other western province of regional competitiveness, in a clear comparative advantage in Inner Mongolia and the weaknesses of development, the play targeted at the same time the competitiveness of its existing potential strength training to meet its future health and sustainable development of society.This article is based on the in-depth analysis of concept and content of regional competitiveness. Basing on the elements of regional competitiveness and research model with the western region's social development in their own. Completing the above measures, design a set for the western region comprehensive development of Provincial Competitiveness Index System. In the empirical analysis section, this paper use a combined evaluation which is improved from the single method of evaluation to evaluate the overall competitiveness of the western province because of the single method of evaluation is not credible enough. First I select Primary Element Analyzing Methods,AHP method,Information entropy valuation and grey relevance to evaluate on the competitiveness of the various elements, then use the combined evaluation to fit the result of the single evaluation together, so we get the rankings of all the elements of competitiveness. Finally, the element of competitiveness again in the combination of the use of combination on evaluation method to obtain the competitiveness of the western region provincial final ranking. Judging from Inner Mongolia in the west for the competitiveness of the various elements of the development of competitive and comprehensive rankings, in-depth analysis of social development in western region during the competitive strengths and weaknesses, strategic direction are proposed to improve the region's competitiveness of Inner Mongolia.
