As the rapid development and application of information technology, Webtechnology and Internet technology, the world economy is undergoing a profoundtechnological revolution. Along with this profound technological revolution are thechanges of company organizational model.The world in the 21st century is a rapidly changing world. Earth-shaking changes inthe environment are bound to cause profound changes in organizational management.Enterprises in the tide of economic globalization survive and seek development, and to alarge extent dependent on the efficiency of organizations. Therefore, it is particularlynecessary and important to conduct in-depth research on the effects mechanism oforganizational boundaries efficiency.In this paper, organizational boundaries and the related results of theoretical studiesbased on the proposed mechanism model of the organizational elements Characteristicson the efficiency of organizational boundaries. Through the real survey data, the paperanalyses the model empirically. All studies started from the following aspects:First, the paper reviews the organizational boundaries theory and the related divisionof labor theory, entrepreneurship theory, resource dependence theory, transaction costtheory and other research literature on the boundaryless organization were reviewed.Propositions put forward a model and assumptions of this research.Second, this study describes the empirical part of the foundation, that is, thequestionnaire design, sampling process, as well as the definition of the model elementsand reliability, validity analysis.Then, through empirical analysis of the data, the reseach hypothesizes are identified,and the paper does descriptive analysis of macro-evaluation of the organizationalboundaries efficiency about the sample enterprises. And also quantitatively reveals theeffects mechanism of organizational elements characteristics on organizational boundariesefficiency. Provide a foundation of the suggestions and recommendations for managementpractices.Finally, based on empirical analysis, put forward some countermeasures andsuggestions about how to improve enterprise management, improve the efficiency oforganizational boundaries, thereby strengthening enterprises in the new competitiveenvironment.
