Research On The Development Of County Economy Of Liaoning Province

In recent years, centering on the revitalization of old industrial base of Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province to speed up the development of county economy have taken some important initiatives. The first, the general idea of the Liaoning county's economic development have been developed out in the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee of the Ninth 10.The second is introduced to encourage the county's economic development policy document. The third, is to implement the county (city) financial resources construction project. These policies and measures to effectively mobilize the counties (cities) to accelerate the development of the initiative, the province has made rapid county economic development.The development of county economy has important practical significance: the first is conducive to solve the"Three Rural Issues"; the second is conducive to the integrated development of urban and rural economy; the third is conducive to the regional economy coordinated development; the forth is conducive to the building of a harmonious society.This dissertation falls into 5 parts with structure and main contents listing as the following:Part 1:The introduction illuminates the theoretical value and practical significance of this study, includes background of the study, basic thoughts, theoretical innovation, and structure arrangement and the main contents.Part 2: A Review of County Economy Theory:This part gives a summary of relevant county economy theories: traditional county economy theory and Chinese county economy theory.Part 3: This part described the Liaoning county economy history and the status quo, carried out a detailed description and analysis of Liaoning county economy competitiveness, and at last summarized and summed up the Liaoning county economy development achievements.Part 4: This part first analyzed the existing problems of economic development in Liaoning country and then analyzed the reason of the problem. Part 5: On the base of above analysis, the last part put forward the policy suggestion to promote the development of Liaoning county economy.
