With the appearance of the Internet, the network has gradually into People's Daily life, it plays a more and more important role, it brings people new lifestyle, it changes people's value. In this kind of environment, network marketing became the new economy development of enterprise, the network advertising will become the radio, newspapers, magazines, TV after"the fifth media", offers new interactive mode for the enterprise marketing. Compared with the traditional forms of advertising, the network advertising has spread into a two-way interaction by one-way transmission, its form is variety, it can also combined with text, voice, pictures, animations multiple-element, it improves the spread of advertising efficiency and reduces business marketing costs.The Network advertising make information acquisition, feedback, and become more timely, through the network monitoring system can be very accurate statistics network advertising's numlook and click rate, it has more accurate data support to the advertisement effect's appraisal .Make the enterprise obtain more effectively, and it can change the marketing solutions in the first time, to strengthen publicity effect study advertisement effect,and achieve efficient trading purposes. But because of the enormous information network, a lot of false advertising, while the existence of information monitoring technology also influenced the backward effect of data collection, the promotion of the development of network advertising hampering effects of online transactions. Therefore strengthen monitoring system, the effect of technology from legal network advertisement of this new information for the protection of the media, to bring high efficiency and accurate feedback, and provide customers with accurate information becomes more important.This paper will be divided into four parts:The first part through the Network advertising and traditional advertising, expounds the development process of network advertising, network advertising characteristic, forms and the advantages of network advertising; The key is to separately introduce the traditional advertising and the network advertising's strategies and billing mode by the two aspects of spread and the characteristics audience. Through both of the comparative analysis, it says this kind of new media of the network advertising is an advantage of spread .The second part introduces the present situation of and problems of the effect monitoring of network advertising and the evaluation system . This article expounded the characteristics and several common methods of the network advertising effectiveness evaluation; Analyzed the Status quo of the network advertising effectiveness evaluation and monitoring; Put forward several monitoring and assessment of the effect factors or existing problems and faults. Through analysis the network monitoring and evaluation system of the advertisement effect; confirmed the network advertisement market prospects for enterprises, and put more economic benefit in the marketing and advertising.The third part according to the second part of the paper that analyses the unfavorable factors of the Network advertising effectiveness monitoring and the existing problems of the evaluation system , and puts forward some personal opinions.The fourth part puts forward some personal opinions and suggestions to solve according to problems to solve. It mainly introduce a kind of effectiveness monitoring system——the third-party advertising network monitoring system, and through the introduction of the two examples of the DCCI Alexa website——interactive marketing data platform, this paper expounds the network advertising effectiveness monitoring and the future development trends of evaluation .This paper is based on the analysis of network which has the effect of the network advertising monitoring and evaluating methods, and analyzes the existing problems of the monitoring effect and evaluation system at present, and put forward rationalization proposals, finally discuss the Network advertising effects of development prospect through the two examples , confirmed the advantages of network advertising ,and the far-reaching influences of monitoring effects.
