Corporate culture is summation of a corporation's characterized values, operation principles, management styles, enterprise spirits, ethics and development aims, which has come into being within a corporation in a conscious way through years of production and management activities and has been acknowledged and observed by all employees.Corporate culture research started to rise and develop in late 70's and early 80's of last century, and has been drawing more and more attention from enterprises and industries. Outstanding corporate culture is able to push forward greatly in the development of a corporation.This article focus on addressing the fact that Henan Anfei Electronic Glass Co., Ltd (hereafter called "AFEC"), depending on the platform built up through the operation circumstances of the joint-venture since its establishment and by syncretising foreign corporate culture and Chinese culture as well as traditional culture and modern culture in a organic way, has made remarkable achievements and meanwhile created its own spiritual culture, behavioral culture and system culture. The corporate culture formed has resulted in very strong centripetal force and coherence among employees.When the company was founded, the operation circumstances was extremely complicated and the basic management was very weak, the corporate culture commenced to take root, bloom and bear fruits, thus correspondingly guided AFEC employees through the development routine, i.e. foundation-advancement-grandness. Therefore a modern company embedded with high technology was moving forward on the right track and it has withstood the severe tests put forward by the industry's chilly depression and the worldwide financial crisis.In the adverse condition, AFEC corporate culture has been incessantly enriched, consolidated, developed and innovated, proof-tested; it has helped the company make right decisions and draw employees together. In macro viewpoint, the culture was advancing with the time and has formed a set of systematic and practical experiences which are test-proved, depicting an epic of TV glass development.The first section summarizes the research background, main contents and framework of this article and by brief retrospect and review of conference materials, addresses the feature and highlights of the research methods applied in this article. The second section, based on the historic origin, theoretical research home and abroad and practical development of the corporate culture, describes the role the corporate culture characteristics plays and the position it takes in enterprise management. This section forms the theoretical foundation of the researches conducted in this article. The third section streamlines AFEC's corporate culture, analyzes the cause of its formation, investigates into the inside information about theory and practice of AFEC's corporate culture. The forth section describes the continuous development and innovation of AFEC's corporate culture through the enterprise operation and management by respectively elaborating on the multi-culture mixing and break-in period shortly after the AFEC's formation and the corporate culture evolution, expansion and consolidation during the industry-related downturn and worldwide financial crisis.The fifth section brings AFEC's corporate culture to a higher level and explains in detail the essential parts it contains.The sixth section is conclusion and prospect, bringing forward new topics for the follow-up research and further research direction.This article has streamlined and analyzed in detail the deep and solid foundation of AFEC corporate culture that has come from practices, it also describes and portraits the enrichment, advantages and superiorities of the corporate culture, stressing that such a culture is systematic and suitable for practical use in IT production industry. This culture will follow through AFEC's conversion to other industry and as precious intangible assets it will be passed on and carried forward.
