China's private equity funds is still in prima ry stage, with the system loss, talent shortageand investment outlook weak, although in recent years, foreign private equity, which areoptimistic about the Chinese market, have invested in domestic enterprises , and alsocontributed to a number of domestic PE to develop, especia lly by the opportunity of theeconomic crisis, the domestic economic situation has been up streaming, a large number ofsma ll and med ium sized PE investment institutions continue to emerge, so that domestic PEinvestment market has becoming developed more and more rapid ly, more and more largescale, not changed to deserted. Therefore, an increasing number of investment professiona lsbegin to study the field of private equity funds , and there is an increasing dema nd on theconstruction of domestic capital markets, policies and regulations. In order to meet thedevelopment of physica l configuration economic and fina ncia l needs, our country iscontinuing to adopt the new policy and is committed to the construction of a multi-levelcapital market.This thesis just makes a prima ry study on private equity investment strategy. Firstly, thethesis elaborates the theory of PE, including an overview of private equity funds, theoperationa l characteristics of China's investment, and the analys is of the current developmentsituation of PE in China . Secondly,the thesis presents specific analysis of the current investment strategy, including theinvestment phase analysis, investment type analysis, investment industry analysis, investmentareas and analysis of domestic and foreign investment analysis .Finally, the thesis gives someadvice on the development of PE in China combined with our situation.
