In the past few years, with the introduction of a number of related policies, as well as the changes in the macroeconomic situation.The plight of the real estate financing of enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent, chain of enterprise funds is subjecting to considerable drag, the enterprise's survival and development is facing with a serious threat.With nearly 50 years'development, Real Estate Investment Trusts as an Industry Investment Tool,which plays as a link of social capital and real estate market, has shown great advantages and potentials.considering China's national conditions, We believe that China has a need to introduce and develop real estate investment trust system, in order to guide social capital into the real estate market, raise the real estate industry level of development, Improve the product structure of financial markets, and guard against financial market risks.On the current status of China's real estate market analysis, this paper firstly seizes the basic concepts, classification and characteristics of the real estate investment trusts, by learning from the United States and Hong Kong's development experience in real estate investment trusts, discusses the legal system as well as the mode of selection of China's development of real estate investment trusts. |
