Finance is the core of the economy, a particular region's economic growth is inseparable from the regional financial support。。Especially in some areas which are short of resources or without superior geographical superiority, economic development is lack of long-term support。In the current market economic conditions, the flow of resources between regions is more convenient and more frequent。If these areas can not find a good way to attract resources, the region's economic growth would will be more difficult。This paper describes three issues。First, the good regional financial system can bring a lot of resources for the local economy, thus:greatly promote the local economic growth; Second, China's distribution of financial resources between regions have obvious imbalance; third, actually analyze the internal economic and financial environment in Jiangxi Province, analyze the difficulties of economic development in Jiangxi on the basis of the discuss of the first issue, and discuss how to construct regional financial system。For the first issue, this paper analyzes the need for regional financial-building,suggesting that the regional financial development have long-tern role in promotiong regional economic growh。Secondly, also in accordance with regional financial economists previous theoretical research and views, analyze the causes of the different regional financial situation。There are five factors together forming this imbalance:First, the level of economic development differences; Second, the impact of structural transformation; Third is the unified macroeconomic and financial policies; Fourth, the impact of government conduct; Fifth, geographical environment factor。For the second question, this paper divides the country into four areas, analyze the financial resources distribution among the four regions。Before the reform and opening up there is not too significant differences between the regions。But by now, all the distribution of financial resources between regions can be said that a huge difference。The central region, is less than the eastern region in aggregate, and can not compete with the western region in growth。Located in the central region such as Jiangxi,if we want to achieve the rise, we must change the current situation, development or attract more financial resources。For the third question, it firstly analyzes the economic development of Jiangxi Province。Although the rapid development of economy in recent years in Jiangxi Province, it is lack of strong financial support。The second section describes suggests on developing regional financial system which is going to promote local economic development。This paper argues that Jiangxi Province shoud built a good regional financial systems enviromment with efforts on system and policies,and also promoting enterprises in Jiangxi to try hard in self-construction,。And so Jiangxi Province as a whole ultimately can promote the sound development of the economy。...
