The study of customer perceived value and its elements has been focus on by scholars and the entrepreneous. This This thesis reviewed the development of customer value from the concept meaning and character, then summarized the composes of customer value. This theis point out the customer value's shortcoming——customer value depend on customer's apperceived, but customer apperceived value differ from customer Characteristic.Prior researches on factors influencing customer perceived value were always based on both of its main elements (customer perceived value and customer perceived cost), but in the process of analyzing how customer characteristic effect on customer's value perceived has not systemically had theoretical analysis and empirical research. Aiming at this question, this thesis reviewed the empirical study of customer percervid value, used for Survey and customer research and put them to analysis the influencing between customer perceived value Based and individual characteristic.Firstly, this thesis sum up the factors influencing customer perceived value and the factors structuring customer characteristic, and development the items on each dimension. Secondly, this thesis constructed the theory modle and defined the variable and gave the analysis tentatives. Thirdly, ensure the object of the thesis, and tnen designed the questions, and data collected. Finally, Factor Analysis, and Structure Equation Model (SEM) were applied in the paper.241 samples were collected from the students who must have experience of using mobil-phone.The questionnaire investigations of small and large specimen are designed and implement.The reliability and the validity of the variables and testing the reliability and the validity of the variables also were tested in this paper,the hypothesis were tested after design the relationship models.
