Research On The Evaluation Method Of Trust Between Virtual Enterprise Partners

Because the market competition become more and more fiercely, and the market environment is changing quickly, the virtual enterprise raised and developed quickly, it makes many enterprises face the market demand jointly, integrate the resources quickly and achieve win-win situation. And with the developing of the research on virtual enterprise developing, people know that the trust between vital enterprise partners has a decisive on the congress of it's operation management, therefore, the trust problem in vital enterprises has become a hot problem in the research of vital enterprises. But current literature mainly focus on the research of the influencing factors of trust and the analysis of trust-building mechanisms, while the research on how to evaluate the trust between partners in virtual enterprise is almost a blank. However, trust between partners in virtual enterprise must be evaluated before the trust between the partners been control and improved.According to the improvement of trust evaluation model in previous papers, this dissertation attempted to establish a matrix evaluation model which based on reputation dimension and collaboration dimension, and proposed an evaluation method of trust between partners in virtual enterprise based on the matrix model, then using the evaluation method of two-tuple linguistic information processing to evaluate the trust between partners in virtual enterprise. The dissertation not only enriched the achievements in the field of virtual enterprise trust, but also provided ideas and guidance for the practice of virtual enterprises.This paper mainly finished the following work:(1) The building of trust model between partners in virtual enterprise. on the base of summing up the deficiencies of past trust evaluation models, this dissertation tried to build a matrix evaluation model based on the reputation dimension and collaboration dimension the model can effectively avoid the problems of one-sidedness and information inundation in past models.(2) Research on evaluation method of trust between partners in virtual enterprise. During the evaluation, all of the evaluating indicators are language form, the methods based on two-tuple linguistic information processing can avoid the loss and distortion of language form indicators. Therefore, according to the two-tuple linguistic information method, the dissertation proposed the evaluation method and evaluation process from the reputation dimension and collaboration respectively, finally, this dimension indicated the analysis method for evaluation result, and pointed out the improvement strategies for three kinds of evaluation results.(3) Case study. Through the analysis of influencing factors of trust between partners in TS virtual enterprise, the dissertation evaluated the factors from two dimensions, then analyzed the evaluation results, introduced the specific process of evaluation of trust between partners in virtual enterprise, verified the reasonableness of evaluation model and evaluation method which were proposed in this dissertation.The evaluation method provided by this dissertation is for trust between partners in virtual enterprise. As each type of virtual enterprise has its own unique characteristics, the influence factors of trust may be different, therefore, the following research need to study different types of virtual enterprises, it is the limitation of this dissertation, is also for the work of further research.
