Production Plan Integration Modeling Of Product Production Chain In Network Environment

The network environment of network and the globalization information have been bringing manufacturing industry new challenge. The customers'individuation requirements in product design, quality and deadline make traditional enterprise organization method maladjusted. The enterprise must cooperate with other enterprises to reply to fast market requirement for continuous competitive advantage. The production plan system of product production chain based on agent technology is constructed.Basic concept, characteristics and operation model of product production chain are analyzed deeply. On the basis of the study of internal and external production plan, the new requirements of product production chain are analyzed too. The function model of product production chain system based on order is formed applying IDEFO integrated with agent technology and modeling method of information system. The function of contract net protocol (CNP) is discussed. Task distribution algorithm based on CNP is proposed. Besides, this paper researches comprehensively several evaluation methods of bidding documents, and particularly analyzes application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in bidding documents, then puts forward examples combined with practice.Aimed at shortage of traditional contract net's real cooperation and task accomplishment efficiency, an improved contract net is presented. Negotiation process between league leader and league member together with negotiation process between league member and league member are introduced into improved contract net. The negotiation algorithm is given and is used to settle an actual bid instance.Based on the theoretic research, some related software is developed adopting JSP and SQL Server database, and a software prototype of production plan of production chain is constituted. Test results prove that methods and algorithms are feasible. The concept of product production chain and software prototype of production plan system provide enterprise with a powerful tool for participating world competition.
