The Study On Control Over Chinese State-owned Economy Under The Current Economic Situation

State-owned economy which exists each country in the world, is not a special product of economic formation or system in a given society, but is given rise and developed according to the direction and level of economic development in the world. Therefore, it is a universal economic phenomenon.It is very important for our country to fully realize the role of state-owned economy in the development of socialist market economy, and to originally put forward the conception of control over state-owned economy so as to widen the development direction of state-owned economy, with the economic theory developing and practical experience enriching. However, it has a more significant guiding meaning for our country to fully realize the control over state-owned economy under the current economic situation, so that state-owned economy can be developed effectively, and the regulatory capacity of state-owned economy to national economy can be carried out and strengthened.This paper can be divided into seven sections.The first part first expounds the background and meaning of this topic to be chosen, and some research results in control over state-owned economy from scholars home and abroad. Then the second part elaborates the understanding of control over state-owned economy, including its conception, fundamental connotation, and goal. The third part expounds the realization of control over state-owned economy, in other words, it is realized by market economy activities. Next the forth part explains in detail the structure of control over state-owned economy, and its structure in this paper is divided five levels.The fifth part elaborates the assessment criterion of control over state-owned economy, which supplies basis for measuring the quality of control over state-owned economy. The sixth part explains in detail the current situation and problems of control over socialist state-owned economy, further analyzes the results and achievement of state-owned economy, and simultaneously puts forward imperative problems to be researched and solved. Eventually, the seventh part elaborates some ways to improve control over socialist state-owned economy. Consequently as a result, some ways to strengthen control over state-owned economy are put forward in view of actual situation in our country.
