Later 20 century, financial globalization develops rapidly, which leads to closer dependence between countries, conversely, less independence of these countries and accelerates international capital flow. Frequent flow of international capital relieves the pressure of insufficient capital in each country, especially the developing countries; on the other hand, it accelerates the spread of financial risk and aggravates the instability of global market development. Besides, the frequent flow of international capital leads to frequent occurrence of international financial crisis. Especially, the American Crisis caused global financial crisis, even the global supervision on international capital flow.First of all, this paper explains the interrelated concepts on international financial flow. Meanwhile, it expounds the components of current international financial constitutes supervision system and the history of international capital flow supervision. Secondly, it gives a brief introduce on current international capital flow and points out the defects of current international capital flow supervision system and the transformation of the international capital flow supervision policies in the main developing countries and organizations, then, it tells the key points of international capital flow supervision are the centralization of standard and international coordination, moreover, it proposes some adjustment suggestions on international capital flow supervision. Furthermore, based on the specific situation of current international capital flow and its supervision system in China, this paper evaluates the effects of international capital flow in China, as conclusion, it suggests several countermeasures to improve international capital flow supervision in China.
