| Start with the December 11, 2006, China has completely opened its financial markets. And commercial banks accelerate the pace of going public, it has entered a period of rapid development. At the same time, in the background of flourishing development of international service outsourcing; Chinese commercial banks more and more take part into the financial service outsourcing. We need a rigorous argument for whether financial outsourcing has a negative affection or positive affection to the performance of commercial bank as well as how great of the affection.In this paper, we analysis the impact mechanisms of financial services outsourcing to the performance of commercial banks from the division of labor and the theory of comparative advantage as well as value chain theory and the theory of the core competitiveness. We build the moulds based on the theory. Secondly, we divide the performance of commercial bank to financial profit, safety and development potential, and we select rationalized index to measure it. We analysis the related data of service outsourcing and performance in the eight years from 2001-2008 of 14 public commercial banks in our nation, we build the panel date moulds, we evaluated the affection of financial service outsourcing to the performance of commercial banks through empirical analysis. And the conclusion shows that financial service outsourcing of commercial bank has a negative affection to future develop potential in short term, because outsourcing has a time gap. But it will turn to be positive in long term. And financial service outsourcing always shows a positive affection to the financial profit and outsourcing shows no affection to the safety and stability of commercial bank. Generally speaking; financial service outsourcing has a Positive changes relationship with performance of commercial bank. And lastly, we give out some proposals to the commercial bank and government management department. |
