So this article research on the mechanism of which informatization promote industrial structure upgrade, and select a typical which the textile industry in Zhejiang Province to research, in order to get some discovery.First of all, based on reviewed the theory of industrial structure in the world, this paper revealed technological progress is the most important factor in upgrading the industrial structure. Second, by analyzing the world's leading advanced technology——information technology's development and characteristics, indicate Information technology has broad applicability, strong permeability, a high degree of knowledge-intensive, cumulative, alternative to other resources, derived that informatization with its own characteristics by optimizing the factors of production structure, improve technology application-level results, improve the industrial structure level, improve the production value, degree of contact and other mechanisms to promote the industrial structure upgrade. And by analysis of the economic principles——informatization by promoting technical progress, deepening the division of labor specialization to promote industrial optimization and upgrading, verify the informatization on upgrading the industrial structure and the mechanism of great force. Finally, by an empirical study of the textile industry in Zhejiang Province, access informatization to promote the industrial upgrading of specific forms; and modeling and analysis the level of informatization how to affect the Zhejiang textile industrial output value and the labor productivity over the years, get the specific force of informatization promote industrial structure of textile industry in Zhejiang upgrade, provide a reference of promotion informatization, and raise some ways of development and strategy.As industry informatization has a great driving in promote industrial structure upgrade, and our country face a greater pressure in upgrade the industrial structure, in process of informatization based industrialization, so advance industry informatization to promote our country's industrial structure upgrade has a great significance.
