| In the framework of the China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, Nan (Ning)Gui(sZhou)Kun (Ming) region is facing unprecedented development opportunities, sothey take steps to maximize the economic and trade cooperation with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. As the influence by some factors, such as social and historical, geographical environment, national policy guidance and some problems inherent in Nanguikun, Nanguikun's game activities in trade with ASEAN cooperation result in Nanguikun regional industrial structure was a low phenomenon. In the macro, Low level of industry structure reflected in the irrational allocation of resources within and between the industry. It Concrete expression to high consumption and low efficiency, low value-added, besides, new industries and knowledge-intensive industries take small percentage of total; In the micro, Low level of industry structure reflected in industries isomorphism and enterprises'duplication, unhealthy competition and hinder the improvement of the industry quality and so on. Therefore, low-technology industries has a very significant negative impact on a regional economic development. In order to break the constraints by this bottleneck, Nanguikun must adjust the industrial structure. In the adjustment process ,they should turne the non-cooperative game reflected by conflicts, mutual comparisons and disorderly competition, to cooperative game. This change will prompt Nanguikun region to rationalize the industrial structure.This paper analyze the the problem of low level of industry structure of NGK from the perspective of game theory .To explain the reason of low level of industry structure with non-cooperative game theory , and guide the industrial structure adjustment of Nanguikun with cooperative game theory . The target is to prompt resources reasonable allocated between the whole region , improve the low level of regional industry structure, and ultimately realize the Pareto overall the Nanguikun region. |
