Since economy in China is growing quickly, the aviation industry is developing rapidly as well. Such development brings an opportunity for a brand new industry, the airport VIP services in China. More and more airports in China have set up their own corporations to operate the VIP services. In 2007, China Airport VIP Services Guild was founded. This guild indicates that this industry is stepping forward to becoming mature. However, this new industry still needs many improvements such as marketing analysis, product designing and pricing.With pricing model from managerial economics theory, this paper aims to analyze the airport VIP services in China, thus helps companies design and price products and services which can suit both the market demand and the shareholders'interest.In this paper firstly I introduce the background of the industry and the theory of managerial economy. Secondly, I analyze the company's situation, the features of its products, the problems they are facing by case study. In the end, I use the theory of managerial economy to redesign one of its products and price it.
