This paper studies take the tatus of waste vehicle recycling in Guangdong Province and the secondary pollution problems from recycling processes as the center, through the use of theoretical research, comprehensive analysis of literature, the actual research and laboratory research, business assessment of the waste vehicle recycling inGuangdong Province, Keep track of secondary pollution situation about the dismantle field by simulation experiments, To provide the base on theory and application for the waste vehicle recycled industry of economically developed areas.This study include the proposal of management and technical specifications about the waste auto dismantling industry, environmental pollution generated by different dismantling process, the secondary pollution problems of the dismantling process.The results showed that the waste vehicle dismantling industry in Guangdong Province was under the old recovery mode in general, the mechanization level is not high, basic use of manual disassembly, result in wasted resources and serious environmental pollution, and each dismantling process had different levels pollution, It would generated serious petroleum hydrocarbons and heavy metal pollution when the automobile frame and the tank dismantling, Because most dismantling companies simply recovery of the metal parts, caused by more adverse effects to surrounding environment when some materials(such as waste glass, waste lead acid batteries, waste oil tank, etc.) storaged and accumulation, including petroleum hydrocarbons and heavy metals copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and other pollution.Through Leaching experiments show that the soil samples which have leached contaminated elements was significantly lower than the detection limit, it can see the pollution transference by leaching of the soil samples and the formation of secondary pollution, Including copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and other heavy metal pollution were relatively clear.In short, focus on a series of studies about waste vehicle recycling dismantling regeneration shows that the waste automobile dismantling industry of Guangdong Province overally to be at the technical rough,resource recovery rate is not high and the state of environmental pollution is serious. Therefore, this study act not only the dismantling technical updating, management policy formulation but also the environmental pollution control on Guangdong Province recycling of waste vehicle industry in the future.
