Acting as the important supplement even substitute of the traditional closing marketing channel partially, Network marketing channel now has been approved by more and more enterprises and consumers. Closing network marketing is considered to be a new challenge and a new opportunity for the members from the traditional closing channels. The problem that how to integrate the network marketing channel and traditional marketing channel under the new environment, and how to make both channels play important roles, is what I shall mainly state in this thesis. Here with the expectation of supplying some theoretical and practical reference for the two channels'integration, I write this paper, in the hope of guiding the middlemen of traditional channel to a new developmental way.This paper is consisted of eight chapters in all. Firstly, the 1st chapter, where we raise the question, is the preface. And we make some introduction and description to the relating conception of marketing channel in the 2nd chapter, at the basis of some theories. In the 3rd chapter, development and trend of our closing industry is introduced. Then we make the analysis of closing network marketing channel in the 4th chapter in respects of its advantage and disadvantages. The confliction between network marketing channel and traditional marketing channel was also described in the 5th chapter. And then in the 6th chapter we make the introduction of their integration. At last the discussion focusing at the problem that where the future outlet of middlemen in the traditional channel will be, is made in the 7th chapter. This paper ended with its conclusion stated in the last chapter.
