The phenomenon of industrial cluster and industrial transfer is widespread currently.has become a general economic problems that people ofen discuss and research since 10 years ago,the corresponding theories and empirical research have become as an intersection among the industrial economics, regional economics, investment economics, economic geography, spatial economics and other related subjects, but als a important direction for many regional economic development strategies and plannings, so that the relevant research about the phenomenon of industrial clusterand the transfer not only has great theoretical value, while more importantly, in regional economic development in the application.The Yangtze River Delta is not only an important manufacturing base,but also the core economic area and one of the three major industrial clusters in China.while the manufacturing is the main driving force during the early times of economic development of Yangtze River Delta, its unique manufacturing development model,is even more all over the country compete to imitiate and learn.the phenomenonof this region's manufacturing gradually spread from Shanghai to the neighboring is remarkable from two decades pasted, this article will set the Yangtze River Delta's manufacturing industry and transfer of the phenomenon as the object of study, research results can serve as the development of industries in a geographic reference.On the basis of being studied the relevant works of a large number of domestic and foreign well-known, for domestic academic research gaps,for the manufacturing sector was Subdivised and chose the datas about the cities around the Yangtze River Delta, makes this reseach more in detail.In a period of time, on the basis of specialization level and the relative size in different industries of different cities in the region for researching the industry's relatively cluster.Then on the basis of the above researches,combined with the status of the regional industry in the country to study the absolute cluster of the industry.Thirdly, through the different sections of the timeline of the industrial agglomeration comparative study of the situation started to analyze the transfer of industries in the region, diffusion and to re-gather. At last, comprehensive study of the above to build a reflection of the overall situation of industrial agglomeration indicator system, and do empirical analysis on the related factors affect the industry on the base of the indicators, and targete some industrial development proposals on base of the results.
