The Application Of Timing Mangement And Quality Management On Guangdong CDMA Assets Dividing And Receiving Project

In recent years,China telecom had experienced fast growth and development.. Meanwhile, the telecommunication industry, gets stronger and stronger especially in the competition of the tradition voice service.Based on this, the industry and the informationization department, the national development and the reform committee and Ministry of Finance had issued in May 24,2008, on reform of the telecommunication organization, which encourages China telecome to purchase the China Unicom CDMA net (including property and user). At the same time,China Unicom and China Netcom merge,while the foundation telecommunication service China Satcom merges the China telecom, the China Railcom merges China Mobile. The China telecom and China Unicom sign the frame agreement on purchasing the CDMA network matters on June 2,2008 and signed the final agreement, on July 27. The China Telecom would invest 110,000,000,000 Yuan to purchase the CDMA network property and the service.The dividing and migration of the correspondence network was the first step. In order to guarantee the CDMA network steadily, the Guangdong Unicom and the Guangdong Telecom had signed the executive agreement of the CDMA assets,.which had stipulated the preliminary division of the transmission and the necessary property including pipeline property would finished before August 31,and transmits property inventorying and the label work would be finished before September 30. The work of ompleting the transmission property would.be officially and totally received before December 30. As a part of CDMA transmission network, the course of pipeline property relates if it would maintain the quality of C net network.It was the author's honor to join the course as a member of the alternation group.This paper using project management theory and practical work, has conducted the thorough research of that how the timing management and quality management play in the project.In the project, the auther use knowledge of project management system to come to the precise management in the hope of achieve the quality requirement in the stipulation time progress.Although the course of C project was not follow the steps of PM system strictly, but it all is in order to adopt the method to satisfy the time point target and quality goal.As a high effective management method,PM theory research already was full proves its sophistication.Therefore, this article emphatically carries on the elaboration from the time management and the quality management,which lead to the project success,and even had the strategic sense of enterprise's development.
