Whatever the collaboration within or between organizations, managers should know the essential collaborative factors and goal. The key things for successful collaboration are not up to the sense in one's mind, but the logic analysis in objective aspects.Based-on the existing theory on collaboration, the article probes further into the key factors about collaboration, and made compare among governmental organization, research organization, financial organization and manufacturing. Firstly, this article analyzed the core organizational factors through designing Four-quadrant model. Secondly, based-on this model, the article conceived a Three-domain model through philosophical deconstruction, and then made a plane deconstruction. Finally, with the combination of the results of the philosophical deconstruction and the plane deconstruction, the article constructed a organizational collaboration model. After this, the article designed a piece of questionnaire based-on the three-factors, which are organizational Justice, friendship among colleagues and personal accomplishment. After getting data through field survey, this article made a test on the organizational cooperation degree, done a compare analysis and ANOVA between the employee basic information and organizational cooperation degree among the four industries.The article sought to test and verify the efficiency of this tool through objective analysis, which may help managers get the methodological tools for decision-making. |
