With the continuous improvement of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is increasingly becoming the supply chain competition. Various Countries have paid attention to improving the competitiveness of manufacturing industry which is the pillar industry in a country in the supply chain environment. As an important part of production management,Research on how to conduct collaborative production scheduling in the supply chain environment is particularly important, which can directly improve the productivity and the competitiveness of the entire supply chain.Supply chain management influence on production scheduling problem was firstly expounded in this paper. Then, bullwhip effect problem in supply chain, a single enterprise shop scheduling and the enterprise collaborative production scheduling program in supply chain are studied. Main research contents are summarized below:Firstly, the background and significances of the topic are expounded. Domestic and foreign research situation, the main contents and research methods of this paper are introduced.Secondly, the basic concepts of supply chain management and uncertainty theories are introduced. Then, the reasons for bullwhip effect in supply chain are analyzed. This paper also analyses the bullwhip effect models of two level supply chain established based on the AR(2) model for demand. Influence factors of bullwhip effect in supply chain are analyzed and solutions are proposed according to the reasons. At last, the study on Bullwhip Effect of collaborated production scheduling in the supply chain environment is proposed.Thirdly, production scheduling of a single enterprise shop is studied and a production scheduling model which is target for the most production profit is built. The production scheduling model is then solved by Matlab language programming with the use of Genetic Algorithm.Enterprise collaborative production scheduling program in supply chain is studied and a production scheduling model which is target for the most production profit of a two-stage supply chain is built. Collaborative production scheduling model in supply chain is solved by Genetic Algorithm. Taking the Nanjing Bearing Co. Ltd. for an example, the above research results of production scheduling is verified by Matlab. The verification results indicate that the the result of production scheduling is good.The distribution of excess profits in supply chain model is built. Gains of both sides are allocated and supply chain system is coordinated by profit sharing mechanism. The paid from the income increased enterprise to other enterprises guarantees the establishment of long-term cooperative relationships among companies in the supply chain.On the basis of the conclusions of full text, research prospects of collaborative production scheduling in the supply chain are forecasted.
