Securitization of mortgage loans produced in the United States, international financial innovations in recent decades, a new bright spot in China's development of housing finance an entry point. As a financial instrument, mortgage securities and other financial instruments are the same as a combination of risk and return. As the mortgage securitization process more complex and requires the completion of the participatory process, each participant may be at risk. In view of our financial markets, legal environment and social environment and there is still a large gap between the developed Western countries, China's implementation of the housing mortgage loan securitization of risk may be higher than in developed Western countries. Therefore,in-depth study of our mortgage securities and their risk Vigilance, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper introduces the mortgage securities on the basic theory, and from the operation of mortgage securitization process and product investment point of view, one by one division of the risk, the risk for each meaning, characteristics, causes and factors affecting the in-depth analysis. The financial system caused by imperfect credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk. By the above risk analysis, combined with the 2007 U.S. subprime crisis Enlightenment, this paper carried out the housing mortgage loan securitization business risk management strategies, including: mortgage securitization risk management,financial institutions mortgage securitization business management,mortgage-related securities system.Through the above risk prevention measures to ensure that our mortgage securitization business smoothly.
