Research On Outsourcing Of Enterprises Logistics Service

The tide of logistics service reform is increasing rapidly, and more and more enterprises make the non-core business into outsourcing business which is implemented by professional service companies. Service outsourcing is becoming the powerful measure of the enterprises to battle with a light pack and concentrate on cultivating the core competitiveness, which could decompress and beneficiate for the enterprises and recognized by many companies and put into practice. Zijing company has been used as a logistic service provider for Guangxi Petro-chemical Works of PetroChina, the practice for these years have proved the effectiveness and success of logistics service outsourcing, and the measure is confirmed by the parties concerned. In the future, the service outsourcing mode would be applied generally in new-style oil companies and play an exemplary role to other new-style company.This paper attempts to sort the unified point of view such as logistical, service, service quality and service outsourcing. Analyze the feasibility and necessity of logistics service outsourcing from the strategic management and economics perspective based on core competence theory, value chain theory, principal-agent theory, incomplete contract theory and game theory. Carryout the game analysis of the risk of service outsourcing, analyze the risk of linear, radiation-based and tree-based service outsourcing, introduce the one-dimension, two-dimension and three-dimension service outsourcing mode. Analyze the possibility and necessity of logistics service outsourcing of new-style oil company integrating theory with practice through the practical experience of Guangxi Petro-chemical Works of PetroChina. Put forward some countermeasures to open up new ideas and a new direction of logistics service under the new situation by means of the understanding and implement of service outsourcing.
