Pattern Of China's Informal Finance Supervision Research

Informal finance supervision is one of the most controversial issues in finance over the years. Many scholars have given their opinions on informal finance supervision, and government has realized the importance of regulating private capital. At present most of domestic research still focus on current situation and pattern of development, but in-depth study on pattern of supervision is almost blank.On the basis of fundamental research, this paper firstly start analysis from financial institutional environment, informal financial circumstance,the cause and forms of existence, and current supervision situation. Through study on successful experience and measures across the worlds, thus the paper put forward the government-led and non-government-assisted diverse supervision model, which is based on the principle of openness, institutionalization, specific principal body, proper regulation and taking priority of efficiency.
