As the development of Chinese economy, the change of the public vocation and work of tow days weekend, all of these contribute to great development of domestic tourism, which is showing rapid growth trend. In order to match the rapid growth trend, a kind of need that coming into being between star-rated hotel and common guest house. Because the huge benefit, a large number of economy hotels always pay more attention to immediate benefit instead of the customers'needs.With the further opening of market condition, the competetion between economy hotels is becoming more and more fierce, so they tend to caltivate their competetive advantages. The depth understanding the real needs of customers, and establish an interactive relationship with them is very important, it is in order to create value products and services to meet customers'needs. Just these, economy hotels could be in fierce market competition foothold. This paper is in the background, from the customers'equity point to discuss the mode of marketing management. Because customers equity is an important resource for economic hotel, the hotel has to bring the value of long-term gains; reputation is also important for the hotels, information value and other non-monetary value belong to customer equity. So operating and managing the customer equity can further enhance the hotels customer equity value.This paper, is based on non-monetary value of customer assets, to analyse the composition of customer equity focus; In the same time, it start with the customer loyalty to study relationship between them. On the one hand, increase customer loyalty must be to provide the value of customer value approach; on the other hand, hotels can also increase customer loyalty, to get more from customers with a variety of economic benefits and non-economic benefits.This paper aim at the new circumstances of Chengdu market, and conducted a sampled questionnaire survey from three hundred customers. And researching their factors of choosing hotel, and give some marketing policy for the economy hotel.
